Personal Life:
My husband, Seth, and I are endurance athletes training in cycling and running. We have both participated in events in gravel and road cycling (Grand Du Nord, MS 150, Dairy Roubaix) as well as trail ultramarathons throughout the Midwest (Superior 50K, Superior 50 mile, Wild Duluth 50k, North Face Endurance 50k, Afton 25k). With my background in running and cycling I would be happy to help you develop training plans to achieve your endurance sports goals! We enjoy anything that gets us outside whether it be running, cycling, bike packing, cross country skiing, or dog walking. We both participate in recreational volleyball leagues and tournaments in the area as well. I enjoy coaching volleyball and training volleyball athletes. We have two dogs, Bert and Miles, and one dog, Lou who will forever be in our hearts as the Best Bud.
Insurance companies are becoming more and more difficult to work with and get proper reimbursement for the work that we do, which is why Dr. Mallory has chosen to run a cash practice. That said, you can absolutely use your Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flex Spending Account (FSA) or we can give you a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I would suggest contacting your insurance company to verify which route is best for you if you choose an out-of-network provider.
Dr. Mallory also owns and runs a mobile Sports Medicine and Chiropractic practice called Superior Sport & Spine. She understands that most people have very busy schedules and it can be difficult to get to a chiropractor, physical therapist, or even the gym, which is why she comes to you! Not only can she treat wherever is convenient for you, but she can assess and build a rehab or workout program tailored to what you have access to in your own home. Whether you are an athlete, weekend warrior, looking to lead a healthier lifestyle, or simply are in pain and looking to get out of pain, she can help!
