Your Time is Valuable - How investing more time on your health actually SAVES you time

Time is one of our biggest investments / Spend it wisely.

One of my [many] goals is to give you more time.

Of course I mean more time doing the activities that you love and time enjoying a life you deserve without pain. But this comes from investing some time elsewhere. Which is what I’m getting at here..

A few ideas on your time spent at Minnesota Movement:

1. Assessment: You can absolutely go to another provider for your Initial Exam and they might spend 10 minutes learning what’s going on with your complaints. But, honestly, I doubt there’s more than a few providers in the world that can assess EXACTLY what’s going on with you in that small amount of time.
Here at the clinic, we spend an entire hour asking questions and assessing movement all to figure out WHY the issues arose in the first place. This, in turn, saves time on our treatment by allowing us to be more specific or concise.

2. Treatment: as I mentioned above, your treatment is tailored to you. Specific to exactly what you need. Not a shotgun approach of seeing “what will stick?”
These sessions are typically around 30-60 minutes long. Why? Because your time is valuable. I’d rather see you for a longer duration of time once a week or once every couple weeks compared to 5 minute visits three times per week.
End result? You get better. Fast. Oh, and you save time driving to and from the clinic! More time to enjoy your life!

3. Takeaway Exercises: Much like the treatment, these exercises aren’t just a sheet of “protocols” that research showed might work for you. These are the most effective and efficient exercises that we can offer you. Because no one has 45 minutes a day to dedicate for corrective exercises. Allocate and prioritize 10-15 minutes of your time each and every day and these at-home exercises will save you time on the duration of your recovery and/or get you closer to 100% faster.

So, how do you want to spend your time? You only get a certain budget to pull from, choose wisely.
