Virtual Telemedicine Sessions Available!

During these bizarre times we want you to know that WE STILL CARE!

Our goal is (and always will be) serving you guys, our patients, and empowering you to move better, faster, stronger, longer.

What does that even mean? How can a Chiropractor see me virtually?
If you’re an existing patient of ours, you know already that we focus heavily on giving you the tools and movement home work to stay OUT of our office instead of IN it. Isn’t that the point of health care anyways?

With permission of the patient, I am fortunate to be able to share a quick glimpse into what you might expect to see/hear/do during an online session. Much like every visit you have in-clinic, we still take the time to accurately assess not just WHAT the issue is but also WHY you’re feeling it.

After the assessment we’re able to give you effective and efficient strategies that you can do at home (usually without much equipment!) to limit compensations.
These strategies can be:
- Stability Exercises
- Foam Rolling or Smashing
- Simple/Static Stretching
- Mobility Drills
- Self Kinesiology Taping Applications
- Strength Exercises
- Vestibular/Ocular Training
- the list goes on and on!

These online sessions aren’t limited to those who are experiencing issues at the moment either. “Prevention is the best medicine” right? Let’s figure out what your Movement compensations are now to prevent issues down the line.

Or what about that new work-space you have now that you’re stuck working from your coffee table with a child knocking over your coffee every morning? Let’s take a peek at how we can situation your work station to alleviate postural pains!

Have questions about an Online Session? Let me know!

Online sessions are either a half hour or hour in duration, but we can fit a specific time if need be!

Through these uncertain times we need to stick together and keep rising one another up. “Be a fountain, not a drain.”
